トランポリンはみんな大好きで、様々な練習で使っています！
この沈んで跳ね上がる感覚、この感覚がめちゃめちゃ楽しい!!!!
トランポリンは、楽しいだけではなく体幹も鍛えられて、様々なスポーツに活きてきます！
今後もアイテムを増やしたり・工夫したりしてさらに楽しい教室作りをしていきます!!
